What is eSIM? You can use eSIM if you have a compatible phone: learn more

Say goodbye to plastic SIM Cards and say hello to the future with eSIM!

→ eSIM is a digital SIM card that’spre-installed into the electronics of many newer model phones including iPhone XS, XR, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and Samsung Galaxy S20 5G, S21, S22, S23, S24 + other models.

→ You download the eSIM to your phone which means it removes the need to insert a physical SIM (and have it sent to you in the post).

→ Our USA eSIM works exactly like a physical USA SIM (you still get a real USA phone number and you can make calls and sends SMS texts), but it makes setting up your bundle a breeze.

→ No waiting for your SIM Card in the post. Instead of having to wait for your physical SIM to be delivered, you can get connected immediately.

→ With eSIM you get dual SIM functionality: this means you can have 2 numbers on the one phone (your UK number & your new USA number).

→ Most new phones support eSIM. See the full list below.

Already using an eSIM from EE, O2, Vodafone or Three?

No problem! Our USA eSIM works alongside your existing eSIM. You don't need to delete your UK eSIM. You don't even need to tell your telco you're using another eSIM.

Keep your UK number when you're in the USA

With eSIM you can keep your UK number when you're in the USA. Because you don't need to remove your UK SIM Card from your phone (or delete your UK eSIM), you can keep it turned on, alongside your USA eSIM. (You'll need to have international roaming enable on your UK SIM Card for it to work in the USA).

This is perfect for receiving important calls or texts (such as one-time passwords from your bank). Or if you want you can remove your UK physical SIM Card or turn off your UK eSIM for the duration of your trip.

You get exactly the same thing as if you had a physical USA SIM Card

With our USA eSIM you get exactly the same thing as if you had a physical USA SIM Card: you still get a USA phone number, you can still make and receive calls, you can still send and receive texts, you can still use 5G/4G data, and you can still use any add-ons.

Other eSIM providers limit you to data use only (no phone number, so no calls or texts). With our USA eSIM you still get a USA phone number and that's important for things like government forms, tour operators, your Uber app, etc.

eSIM is super easy to activate!

Don't worry you don't need a PhD in mobile phones to use eSIM! If you can open the Settings App on your phone, then you can use eSIM.

After you place an eSIM order, check your order confirmation email and reply to it with your phone's EID number (that's the serial number of your phone's eSIM found in your Settings), your phone's eSIM IMEI (also found in your Settings), and the date you want your eSIM to start working.

Your eSIM will then be activated by 6am US Pacific Time on the date you request.

If you have an iPhone then you'll get a notification on your iPhone to install the eSIM. Tap yes, and your eSIM will get set up in a few minutes. If you have a Samsung, Huawei, Oppo, Pixel or other phone, you'll either get a notification on your phone to install the eSIM (just tap it to install) or you'll scan a QR code, and your eSIM will get set up in a few minutes.

eSIM is better for the environment

There’s no packaging, no plastic, and no petrol used to transport your letter in the post to you.

Physical SIM or eSIM

You can choose a physical SIM Card, or you can choose an eSIM if you have iPhone XS, XR, 11, 12, 13 or 14. What’s eSIM? Read FAQ below “What is eSIM?”.

Our physical SIM Card is a Trio SIM that adapts to all sizes: nano, micro or standard.

5G network at no extra cost

5G network access at no extra cost for the best network coverage.

On the AT&T network

Our physical Trio SIMs and eSIMs are direct with AT&T, not through a reseller or virtual network provider. This means you get the full AT&T network coverage.

Also, other eSIMs for the USA don’t include a USA phone number. Our eSIM does have a regular USA phone number, just like if you had a physical SIM.

You get a USA mobile number

Your SIM Card/eSIM has a local USA phone number you can write on baggage labels, government forms, give to tour companies, and tell your family and friends in the UK.

Unlike other USA eSIMS, our eSIM has a local USA phone number.

Free delivery from the UK

Our SIM Cards are sent from the UK (NOT from the USA). Choose free delivery or choose express delivery if you need it quickly. Or choose eSIM and get it set-up in under 24 hours.

24/7 USA Support

Got a question or problem when you get to the USA? Our 24/7 USA time zone support is there to help by phone, email and WhatsApp message.

Choose your start date

You don’t need to tell us your activation date when you order a physical SIM Card or eSIM.

Once you get your physical SIM Card, activate it on our website before you leave, choose your start date, and your SIM Card will be working as soon as your plane lands. Or if you order eSIM we’ll email you after you place your order asking for the date you want the eSIM to start working.

No contract or credit check

No contract & no commitment. 100% PAYG. One-time purchase. No credit check. No auto-renew.

Money Back Guarantee

We’re so confident you’ll love our SIM Card and it will work that we offer a 100% money back guarantee if your SIM Card is faulty. You just need to follow the simply process outlined in the FAQ below titled “What is your money back guarantee?”.

Topup if staying months

Buy a top-up on our website and keep the same SIM Card/eSIM and phone number for as long as you want. Or buy multiple SIM Cards/eSIMs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I keep my WhatsApp number?

Yes. You don’t need to do anything to keep using WhatsApp with your UK number. You’ll keep your number, contacts and all your conversations. People in the UK will still keep messaging you on WhatsApp as normal.

Free in-flight Wi-Fi with our T-Mobile Extreme Bundle

With our T-Mobile SIM Card and eSIM you get free in-flight Wi-Fi on US domestic flights with Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta Airlines and United Airlines.

Enjoy free Wi-Fi for the duration of your entire flight on four (4) flights, and then 1-hour free Wi-Fi on additional flights. This is a saving of around USD$10 per flight.

Free Wi-Fi is not available on your international flight to and from the USA.

Full details of how to get your free Wi-Fi are included in your SIM Card/eSIM activation instructions.

Can I use the SIM Card in the new iPhone 15?

Yes you can! Our USA PAYG bundles work in the new iPhone 15 (all models). You can chose our physical trio SIM or eSIM. We strongly recommend that you choose eSIM if you have iPhone 15 because eSIM is much easier, and it's better for the environment.

Will I get 5G?

Yes. All our bundles include 5G at no extra cost. There's no speed caps, daily data limits, throttling or shaping.

How fast will the data be? Very fast! But don't just take our word for it, watch the videos below of internet speed tests we conducted in Los Angeles on an iPhone 13 Pro Max and Google Pixel 6a. We've conducted some network speed tests using Speedtest.net on our own SIM Cards in Los Angeles, and the data speeds were amazing:

Speed test 1

T-Mobile Extreme Plan (eSIM)

Type of phone: iPhone 13 Pro Max

Location and date: Los Angeles, 17 March 2023.

Speed: 916Mbps download and 92Mbps upload. That's almost 20x the average download speed for home internet in the UK. We had to double check we weren't accidentally connected to Wi-Fi to get that amazing download speed, but we were connected to T-Mobile 5G.

See the video of our speed test here.

Speed test 2

T-Mobile Extreme Plan (eSIM)

Type of phone: Google Pixel 6a

Location and date: Los Angeles, 17 March 2023.

Speed: 189Mbps download and 85Mbps upload. That's almost 4x the average download speed for home internet in the UK.

See the video of our speed test here.

What data speeds will I get?

All our bundles include 5G/4G data speeds. There's no speed caps, throttling or shaping. If you have a 5G compatible phone you'll get true 5G speeds.

How does it all work? I've just found your website.

Are you tired of being duped by your UK telco with expensive international roaming costs to use your phone in the USA? Well, the telcos don't want you to get smart. They want you to think you have to pay their crazy daily fees to use your phone in the USA. But you're smarter than that, aren't you?

That's where USA PAYG SIM Card comes in.

Get a local USA SIM Card from us with unlimited 5G/4G and unlimited minutes & texts. Prices start from just £27.99 for our T-Mobile 7 day bundle.

We sell both physical SIM Cards and eSIMs.

Physical SIM Cards are the ones we've been used to for years -- the ones we insert into our phones..

eSIMs are a new technology -- they're like a digital SIM Card built into my many new phones and save you the hassle of having to switch SIM Cards.

Read more of our FAQs below or check our bundles for more details. AT&T Extreme Bundle (with unlimited 5G/4G), the AT&T Max Bundle (with 15GB 5G/4G) or the T-Mobile Extreme Bundle (with unlimited 5G/4G).

Isn't it just cheaper to buy a SIM Card when I get to the USA?

No - in fact it costs considerably more! Because we activate SIM Cards in bulk, we get discounted rates from T-Mobile and AT&T.

For example, our T-Mobile Extreme 30 day bundle costs £34.99. If you go to a T-Mobile store in the USA and buy the exact same thing it will cost around USD$61, which converts to about £50. Also you can't buy a 5 day, 7, 14 , 21, 45, 60 or 90 day bundle from T-Mobile.

"I don't believe you that it costs more to buy it in the USA!" Take a look here at the receipt from a T-Mobile store in California for the exact same product we sell.

We paid USD$61.16 (that's £50) AND we had to stand around in the store for 20 minutes while other customers got served.

I have a Samsung, Huawei, Oppo, Google, Xiaomi, Motorola, Nokia, LG - what's the best bundle?

If you have a Samsung, Huawei, Oppo, Google, Xiaomi, Motorola, Nokia, LG + others: you can choose the T-Mobile Extreme Bundle once you check that your phone will work by entering your phone's IMEI into the T-Mobile website here. If the T-Mobile website says your phone has only partial or limited compatibility then unfortunately your phone won't work with the T-Mobile SIM Card.

The T-Mobile Extreme Bundle includes unlimited 5G & 4G, and unlimited calls and texts to USA numbers.

I have an iPhone - what's the best bundle?

If you have an iPhone 6 or newer iPhone (including iPhone 15): you can choose the AT&T Extreme Bundle, the AT&T Max Bundle or the T-Mobile Extreme Bundle.

This means you have a choice of being on America's AT&T network, or America's T-Mobile network. This is a matter of preference: some customers prefer AT&T, some prefer T-Mobile.

Here's a summary of the differences between the AT&T bundles and the T-Mobile bundle:

Price

AT&T Extreme bundle (unlimited 5G/4G) costs £42.99 for 30 days

T-Mobile Extreme bundle (unlimited 5G/4G) costs £27.99 for 7 days, £29.99 for 14 days, £32.99 for 21 days, £34.99 for 30 days or £69.98 for 60 days

AT&T Max bundle (15G 5G/4G) costs £29.99 for 30 days

Bundle length

AT&T bundles: 30 days only (you can top-up for another 30 days though)

T-Mobile bundle: 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, 30 days or 60 days

Canada & Mexico roaming

AT&T bundles: free roaming in Canada & Mexico

T-Mobile bundle: Canada & Mexico roaming add-on for £4.99

Texts to UK mobiles

AT&T bundles: unlimited texts to UK mobiles

T-Mobile bundle: unlimited texts to UK mobiles (and unlimited calls to UK mobiles/landlines) for £7.99

Hotspot/tethering

AT&T Extreme bundle: 10GB hotspot/tethering 4G/5G for £5.99

AT&T Max bundle: hotspot/tethering 4G/5G included for free

T-Mobile bundle: hotspot/tethering unlimited at 3G (only) for free

I have an iPad - what's the best bundle?

If you have an iPad that has a SIM Card, then our AT&T Data Bundle comes with either 15GB or 100GB of 5G/4G data.

Which SIM Card is best for me?

The SIM Card you choose depends on what phone you'll be using.

If you have an iPhone from iPhone 6 onwards including iPhone 14, you can choose the AT&T Extreme Bundle (with unlimited 5G/4G), the AT&T Max Bundle (with 15GB 5G/4G) or the T-Mobile Extreme Bundle (with unlimited 5G/4G).

If you have a Samsung, Huawei, Oppo, Google, Xiaomi, Motorola, Nokia, LG + others: you can (only) choose the T-Mobile Extreme Bundle but first check that your phone will work by entering your phone's IMEI into the T-Mobile website here. Make sure the website says your phone is "fully compatible" (if the website says your phone has only partial or limited compatibility then unfortunately your phone won't work with the T-Mobile SIM Card).

Whichever bundle you choose we offer a physical SIM Card (a Trio SIM that adapts to all sizes: nano, micro or standard) or eSIM.

Will the SIM Card work in my phone? Is my phone compatible?

All iPhones (from iPhone 6 onwards) and Samsung, Huawei, Oppo, Google, Xiaomi, Motorola, Nokia, LG + others work with our SIM Card, but it's important that you buy the right SIM Card for your phone.

If you have an iPhone 6 or newer iPhone (including iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro): you can choose the AT&T Extreme Bundle, the AT&T Max Bundle or the T-Mobile Extreme Bundle.

If you're still unsure, just drop us an email at [email protected] and we'll be able to help you.

Can I use personal hotspot/tether my phone?

Personal hotspot (also called tethering) is when you share the data on your phone with other devices, such as an iPad, tablet, laptop, or games console.

If you want to use personal hotspot here's some information:

For the AT&T Extreme Bundle for iPhone you get 5GB data to use for personal hotspot/tether in the USA only (no personal hotspot in Canada or Mexico). Need more data? Choose an add-on to get a total of 10GB, 25GB, or 30GB data for personal hotspot.

For the AT&T Max Bundle for iPhone personal hotspot is included so that means you can use any amount of the 15GB data for personal hotspot (at 5G/4G speeds), including in Canada or Mexico.

For the T-Mobile Extreme Bundle personal hotspot is included so that means you have unlimited data for personal hotspot (but data speeds will be 3G only when you hotspot/tether). You can purchase our 30 day bundle + 10GB personal hotspot data at 5G/4G speed.

What's the network coverage like?

For our AT&T SIM Card you can check network coverage here.

For our T-Mobile SIM Card you can check network coverage here. There is NO network coverage in Alaska with our T-Mobile SIM Card: the T-Mobile SIM Card does not work in Alaska.

The coverage maps show the scope of the coverage area. Map depicts an approximation of outdoor coverage. Actual coverage area may differ substantially from area shown on the maps, as coverage may be affected by terrain, weather, foliage, buildings and other construction, signal strength, customer equipment and other factors which do not allow the network operator to guarantee coverage or network availability.

What's the difference between AT&T and T-Mobile?
AT&T and T-Mobile are two of America's major mobile networks.
According to Statista.com, AT&T is the leading provider of mobile services in the United States (U.S.) with a market share of about 44.8 percent of mobile subscriptions in the third quarter of 2022. T-Mobile has 23.76%.
Both networks offer coverage across all US mainland states, Hawaii and Alaska.
AT&T has better coverage if you're heading outside of major cities, for example into rural areas, national parks or doing a long road trip.
T-Mobile has NO network coverage in Alaska (the T-Mobile SIM Card will NOT work in Alaska).
Are the SIM Cards bundles like a contract? Do I need a credit check?

No! Bundles only last for the duration you buy and there's no commitment to top-up. There's no credit check. It's 100% PAYG with no nasty surprises and no bill shock when you get home.

Do you have any reviews? How do you collect your reviews?

We collate our reviews on Trustindex, and you can see our reviews here. Trustindex is similar to Trustpilot, but it lets businesses like us easily collate reviews from different sources and display them together.

Our reviews comprise those left on our Google Business Page and those left on our Trustindex Page.

About 6-8 weeks after customers purchase a SIM Card from us we email them and invite them to leave us a review.

Can I still use YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram etc?

Yes! You can continue using all your favourite apps like YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and others just like how you do in the UK.

Want to upload some photos to Instagram or Facebook? Watch a YouTube video? Send a message on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger? You won't have to wait until you're back at your hotel on wi-fi because you'll be connected to 5G/4G data when you're out and about.

What happens to the photos, apps, emails etc on my phone?

Swapping SIM Cards doesn't change or delete the photos, apps, emails or settings on your phone. These are all stored on your phone, and not on the SIM Card.

So, for example, if you take photos on your phone in the USA and then come back to the UK and put your UK SIM Card back in your phone, all those photos remain on your phone. Or when you put your USA SIM Card into your phone, all your contacts stay as they are on your phone.

What is eSIM?

With our USA eSIM you get to keep your UK number in the USA, there's no physical SIM Card to send in the post, eSIM is super easy to set-up, and it's better for the environment.

What's eSIM?

eSIM is the latest technology found in many newer model mobile phones. An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM already installed inside the circuitry of many new mobile phones. It allows you to buy our USA SIM Card without the need to insert a physical SIM card into your phone. No more waiting for the SIM Card to arrive by mail. Instead you can now set everything up and be ready to go in the comfort of your own home. Or favourite cafe. Or work. Or even at the airport! Then when your plane touches down in the USA you’re instantly connected to 5G/4G.

Already using an eSIM from EE, O2, Vodafone or Three?

No problem! Our USA eSIM works alongside your existing eSIM. You don't need to delete your UK eSIM. You don't need to tell your telco you're using another eSIM.

Keep your UK number when you're in the USA

With eSIM you can keep your UK number when you're in the USA. Because you don't need to remove your UK SIM Card from your phone (or delete your UK eSIM), you can keep it turned on, alongside your USA eSIM.

How do I set up the eSIM? Is it easy to do?

eSIM is super easy to set-up. In fact, it's even easier than buying a physical SIM Card because with eSIM you don't have to fiddle about with swapping SIM Cards. eSIM is set-up via email.

If you choose eSIM, check your order confirmation email after you order for eSIM instructions. You'll need to reply to it with your phone's EID number and the eSIM IMEI (these are the unique details about the eSIM in your phone). The EID and IMEI are what the mobile network uses to identify your phone and activate the eSIM. We input these details into the T-Mobile/AT&T activation system, and that's it. Then when you get to the USA your eSIM will be working as soon as your plane lands. No need to remove your UK SIM Card and insert a USA SIM Card.

Urgently need an eSIM? Read the FAQ "I'm leaving tomorrow! Can I get an urgent eSIM?"

How quickly can you set-up an eSIM?

Urgently need an eSIM? At the airport right now? Already in the USA?

If you urgently need an eSIM, we can usually get it set-up for you very quickly. eSIMs are submitted to the respective US networks (T-Mobile/AT&T) so we work on US Pacific Time (you could use Google to find out the current US Pacific Time).

Does the SIM Card work in Hawaii?

Yes. Our SIM Cards work in Hawaii. There are some very remote locations in Hawaii so there may be areas of limited or no coverage.

Does the SIM Card work in Alaska?

The AT&T SIM Card/eSIM works in Alaska for calls, texts and data.

The T-Mobile SIM Card/eSIM does NOT work in Alaska.

Does the SIM Card work in Canada or Mexico?

Our AT&T Extreme Bundle for iPhone and AT&T Max Bundle for iPhone include free roaming in Canada and Mexico. Our T-Mobile Extreme Bundle for All Phones has an optional Canada & Mexico Add-On for just £4.99.

However, you must first use the SIM Card in the USA to be able to use it in Canada or Mexico. So if you're traveling direct to Canada or Mexico the SIM Card won't work. But if you're transiting via Los Angeles or San Francisco or New York, or another US city, just use your phone for a bit at the airport (make a call, send a text, use some data). You'll then be able to use it in Canada and Mexico.

Does the SIM Card work in the UK?

No. Our SIM Cards and eSIMs don't work in the UK. You won't be able to receive calls or receive SMS text messages in the UK.

Can I use your SIM Card/eSIM to receive verification codes/one-time passwords in the UK

No. Our SIM Cards and eSIMs don't work in the UK. You won't be able to receive verification codes or one-time passwords when you're in the UK.

Does the SIM Card work on a Caribbean cruise?

The SIM Card will not work onboard a cruise ship while at sea.

Our SIM Cards will work in Puerto Rico. They will not work in other Caribbean destinations including St Martins (which is a part of the Netherlands) or St Kitts (which is an independent territory covered by the United Nations Multi-Country Office for Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean).

If you purchase the T-Mobile Extreme Bundle and the Canada/Mexico Add-On then you'll be able to use the SIM Card when you're on land in Mexico.

If you purchase the AT&T Extreme Bundle or the AT&T Max Bundle then you get free roaming in Mexico.

Will I get a USA mobile number?

Yes - you'll have a real USA phone number with our SIM Card. You can write the phone number on your baggage labels, government forms, give to tour operators, update your Uber phone number, and give to family and friends in the UK.

You can find out your phone number by looking in your phone settings once you get to the USA.

If you need to know your USA phone number before you leave for the USA there's two options:

(a) you could request an activation date that is earlier than the actual date you arrive in the USA. Then email us the next day to find out your number. If you do this remember that day 1 is the activation date you request and time doesn't stop. This won't be a problem if, for example, you have a 30 day SIM Card, you're in the USA for 22 days, and you request an activation date that's five days before you arrive.

(b) if you have our AT&T SIM Card you can pay a £24.99 early activation fee and we can tell you your USA phone number up to one (1) week before the date you arrive in the USA. Day 1 will still be the day you arrive in the USA. For this option you'll find more details in the activation instructions that come with the SIM Card.

If someone in the UK needs to call or text you, they’ll be calling or text a USA number, so it will cost them whatever their phone plan charges to call or text a USA number (some phone plans included unlimited free calls and texts to USA numbers).

How and when do I activate the SIM Card?

When you receive your USA SIM Card, follow the easy activation instructions where you'll go to our website to activate your SIM Card. Select the date you want your bundle to start, and your SIM Card will be working from that date. Then just insert the SIM Card into your phone on arrival in the USA and you'll be good to go!

Do I have to get my phone unlocked to use the USA SIM Card?

Your phone must be network unlocked to use our USA SIM Card (or indeed to use any other SIM Card). Your phone might be network locked to your network provider (for example, locked to EE, O2, Vodafone or Three). Getting your phone unlocked means that you can use it with different network providers and with different SIM Cards including our SIM Card.

How to check if your iPhone is unlocked: go to Settings > General > About. If “No SIM restrictions” appears next to Network Provider Lock, your iPhone is unlocked. If it’s locked, it will say something like "This device might be restricted to the original network provider...". Read more below about getting your iPhone unlocked.

How to check if you don’t have an iPhone if it’s locked: insert another SIM Card into your phone from a different provider, restart your phone, and if the different provider name appears in the status bar, then your phone is unlocked. If your phone is locked you’ll get an error message saying you need to insert a valid SIM Card, in which case contact your network provider and request an unlock (read more below).

Need to unlock your phone? If you have an iPhone then the Apple website provides handy information about how to unlock your iPhone. Additionally you can also check out the EE website, O2 website, Vodafone website or Three website for more information about unlocking your phone.

I'm not leaving for several weeks/months. When should I buy my USA SIM Card?

You can order your SIM Card as far in advance as you want. In fact, that's the best thing to do, rather than leave it to the last minute! Don't worry because your SIM Card only starts from the date you select when you activate the SIM Card.

Can I call and text the UK?

With all of our SIM Cards you'll be able to use WhatsApp, FaceTime, Facebook Messenger etc to call and send messages to family and friends in the UK. These apps use your data.

Sometimes though you might need to call or text someone in the UK who doesn't have a Smartphone, or you need to call a home phone number, or call your bank, or things like that. For this we offer the following:

(a) with our AT&T SIM Cards you get unlimited free texts to the UK included, and you can buy an optional calling abroad add-on to call the UK (mobiles and landlines).

(b) with our T-Mobile SIM Card you can buy an optional calling & texting abroad add-on to text UK mobiles and call UK mobiles and landlines.

Can someone in the UK call & text me?

Yes. All our bundles (including eSIM) come with a USA mobile number. So your family, friends, and work colleagues in the UK can call & text you.

It's free for you to receive calls & texts, but the person calling and texting you will be charged the cost of a call or text to a USA number.

When does my bundle start? From the moment I purchase it?

The days on your bundle start from the date you request when you activate the SIM Card.

The days DO NOT start from the moment that you purchase the SIM Card on our website.

When you receive your SIM Card, follow the easy instructions which explain how to go to the activation request website and input the USA date that you want the bundle to start. That date will be day 1. The bundle will expire after 11:59pm US Central Time on the final day. For our AT&T SIM Card that will be the 30th day, but for our T-Mobile SIM Card that will be either the 7th, 14th day, 21st day, 30th day of 60th day (depending on which bundle you bought).

Or if you buy an eSIM, we'll email you after you order to ask for the date you want your eSIM to start working.

I'm staying longer than 30 days, what should I do?

You can top-up on our website OR you can buy two or multiple SIM Cards.

Shhhh.... listen up! It's actually cheaper to buy two or multiple SIM Cards! But you'll need to swap SIM Cards every 30 days and each SIM Card will have a different phone number.

Can I re-use my phone SIM Card for another trip?

Yes you can re-use the SIM Card within 90 days of when it was activated. Just buy a top-up on our website. But it's actually cheaper to buy a new SIM Card.

Can you help set up the SIM Card and teach me how to use it?

We can come to you in your home and help with setting everything up, including showing you how to insert the SIM Card, set up APN settings on your phone, select the activation date and answer any questions you have. There is a fee of £149 fee for this service plus travel costs if you live outside of London.

To find out more email [email protected]. This product isn't available for purchase on the website -- you need to email us to purchase.

How do I contact you when I'm in the USA if there's a problem with my SIM Card/eSIM?

If you have a problem or a question when you get to the USA you can contact us via WhatsApp by sending a WhatsApp message to +447882165545, or an email to [email protected]. Our Support Team will be able to promptly assist.

What is your money back guarantee?
We're so confident that our SIM Card/eSIM will work that we offer a 100% money back guarantee. We just need you to do a few things to be able to qualify for this money back guarantee, as set out below:
(1) If you arrive in the USA and you SIM Card/eSIM isn't working, you must contact us within 24 hours by sending a WhatsApp message to our WhatsApp Support Team at +447882165545, or email to [email protected]. Connect to hotel, cafe etc Wi-Fi to do this.
(2) You need to then allow us a reasonable amount of time to troubleshoot and fix the issue. We'll aim to fix it within 4 hours, but it may take up to 24 hours (for example, if there is a problem with the AT&T or T-Mobile network).
(3) If we can't fix the issue and get your SIM Card/eSIM working, you can then contact us when you get back to the UK and we'll sort out a full refund.
Please note that the money back guarantee only applies if the SIM Card/eSIM is faulty and doesn't work. This means the money back guarantee won't apply if your phone is network locked and/or your phone isn't technically compatible.

Can I buy your SIM Card if I don't live in the UK?

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Paypal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Our entire website, and our checkout page, is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is a security protocol that provides privacy, authentication, and integrity to Internet communications. SSL encrypts data that is transmitted across the web. This means that anyone who tries to intercept this data will only see a garbled mix of characters that is impossible to decrypt.

We don't store/keep any of your credit card details.

You can click the little padlock icon in your browser's address bar to verify that the checkout page is secure before entering your credit card details.

Is your website secure?

Our entire website, and our checkout page, is protected by SSL.

SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer, is a type of technology that helps protect online credit card transactions. It does this by encrypting, or scrambling, the information that is sent between a customer's computer and the website they are making a purchase from. This makes it much harder for anyone to intercept and read the information, such as credit card numbers, during the transaction.

When you see a website that uses SSL (likes ours does), it will typically have a padlock icon in the address bar and the website address will start with "https" instead of "http". These are signs that the website is using SSL and that your information is being transmitted securely.

In simple terms, SSL helps ensure that when you make a purchase online, your credit card information is kept private and secure, and only the intended recipient (the website) can read it.
